The BEST High Protein Meatballs I’ve ever made.

Macros meatballs: 405 calories, 13C, 11F, 57P
Ingredients meatballs:
200g ground beef 95/5
Egg white 25g
small onion 1
Garlic clove 1
Buttermilk 50g
Dry gelatine 9g
1 slice sandwich bread
parsley 5g
salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp chilipowder, 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Add buttermilk with gelatine into a glass and mix, set it aside for 2 min.

Dice onion, mince garlic, chop up parsley, and chop up sandwich bread after removing the crust. Now add all ingredients into a bowl. Mix with your hands thoroughly.

Form 5 meatballs and place them into a baking dish. Bake the meatballs at 180°C or 350°F for 18-20min. Done!

Macros mushroom sauce: 158 calories, 15C, 8F, 12P
Ingredients mushroom sauce:
250g mushrooms
100g water
5g broth powder
2g cornstarch
small onion 1
garlic clove 1
laughing cow wedge 1

Directions:

Chop up onion, peel and mince garlic, and slice mushrooms into pieces.

Add into a glass water with broth powder and cornstarch and mix.

Heat up a pan to medium high heat without any oil. Add in mushrooms with a splash of water and cook the mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes until they collapsed and water is evaporated. Now add in a touch of oil and the onions as well. Keep frying everything for 2 minutes. Make space with a spatula, add in another bit of oil and add in the minced garlic. keep frying for 20 seconds and now add in the water with cornstarch and broth. Keep cooking for another minute.

Switch off the heat to medium low and add in the laughing cow. Now incorporate the laughing cow with a spatula by pressing it down and mix everything. About 1minute later the sauce is ready.
