BEEF FILLING
– 2 bell peppers
– 150g extra lean ground beef
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 50g egg white
– 50g buttermilk 1%
– 5g gelatine
– 1 slice bread
– 30g fat reduced gouda
– salt, pepper, spices of your choice
CHICKEN FILLING
– 2 Bell Peppers
– 150g chicken breast
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 50g egg white
– 50g buttermilk 1%
– 5g gelatine
– 1 slice bread
– 30g fat reduced gouda
– salt, pepper, spices
