Ingredients:
– 10g oil
– 1 onion
– 1 carrot
– 50g celery root
– 3 cloves garlic
– 300g broccoli
– 150g kohlrabi
– 150g zucchini
– 400g canned tomatoes
– 240g canned beans
– 1500g broth
