High Protein Beef Bowl with Peanut Butter.

Macros entire recipe: 599 calories, 72C, 12F, 48P
150g Ground beef 95/5
50g raw rice
1 red bell pepper
1 medium yellow onion
50g tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
20g soy sauce
10g rice vinegar
5g honey
18g powdered peanuts
salt, pepper to taste

Start with cooking the rice.

Chop up pepper, onion, and tomatoes. Peel and grate garlic. Combine into a small bowl soy, rice vinegar, honey, pb2, and pepper. mix until creamy.

Start by adding a bit of oil to a pan on medium heat. Add in onions and pepper with a pinch of salt and fry them under occasional stirring for 3-4 minutes.

Push vegetables to the side of the pan, add another bit of oil, and add in ground beef. Fry the beef for 1 minute until it developed color. Then add in tomatoes and minced garlic. Mix everything and close the lid for 1 minute.

Now add in the sauce and mix everything, about 20 seconds. If the rice isn’t ready yet, close the lid of the pan and wait until the rice is ready.

When the rice is ready add it to the pan of meat and mix everything until the rice is covered with sauce. Done!
