In this video, I show you how to make 2 variations of Egg Bites that both are amazing. 1 with fewer calories than the other.

My IG:

Ingredients:
50g Tomatoes
25g Spinach
50g light Mozzarella (100g = 150Kcal)
Salt, pepper, oregano, chili, garlic, or Spices of your choice
Option 1: 200g Egg whites
Option 2: 4 whole Eggs

150°C (300°F) for 15-18 min in the oven. I had it in convection mode.

Macros egg white only for 4 Egg Bites: 180kcal, 2C, 30P, 2,3F
Macros whole egg for 4 Egg Bites: 380Kcal, 4,5C, 34P, 24F
