Ingredients:
– 150-200g lean cut of beef (i used sirloin)
– 200g broccoli
Marinade:
– 1g salt
– 1g cornstarch
– 1g baking soda
– 5g soy sauce
– 2g sesame oil
Sauce:
– 20g soy
– 10g oyster sauce
– 10g rice vinegar
– 5g hoisin
– chili flakes
