Jerk chicken
* 6 chicken pieces(thigh and leg)
* 4 spring onions(scallion)
* 8 thyme sprigs (4grams)
* 4 garlic cloves (33g)
* 4 scotch bonnet pepper
* 1 large maggi bouillon or 2 knorr cubes
* 2 tablespoons all spice (7g)
* 1 tablespoon sugar (12g)
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 ½ teaspoon salt
GRILL ON MEDIUM for 15 minutes then on LOW for 15 minutes
