Celery juice/ Celery juice with lime recipe/Green Detox celery juice /how to make celery juice with a blender
Celery is naturally loaded with natural sodium and antioxidants.
Celery Juice contains powerful anti-oxidants and cancer-fighting compounds.
Grab three bunches of celery and cut off the base and the top of the stalks.
Wash them gently in a colander.
Chop the celery stalks into thirds and place them in the base of your high-speed blender.
Add 1/2 cup of water and put on the lid.
Add 1 full lemon or 3Tsp of lemon juice. Also add ginger if needed
Blend until smooth.
Filter the juice (it’s optional)
Serve the juice immediately and keep any leftovers in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge.
