Was just catching up on some recipes.  I am always one to who essentially skips breakfast (yes, I know it's bad), so I've tried to make a few things I can freeze, and then pop them into my lunch bag, and heat heat up when I get to work.  So, do these freeze well??  I've seen the overly processed ones in the store, and I guess I am a bit afraid of what happens to the fried egg if you freeze it.  Has anyone tried to freeze these??

Can I just buy ground pork for the patties? The meat looks like 3 times the amount McDonald's uses…
