Hello onepotchef! Loved this recipe, it looks delicious, and I'm hoping to try it soon.
Just wondering, in your intro what is the name of the 3rd dish (the one after the cake batter and soup/stew) it looks like a type of casserole and you're sprinkling cheese over it?
It looks really good! but i don't know what it's called.

When I say "cold water" I just mean "not boiling water" – it doesn't have to be chilled or anything. I added water to help cut the intensity of the stock 😉
