Great idea Larry, basically cold smoked. I'm a big fan of fried bologna sandwiches, don't knock until you've tried it folks.
They are alive, but are all toothless. LOL
Last time I made a fried bologna sammich on camera,I shot it with a 45acp first LOL.Never had smoked bologna before,I bet its Guuuuuud...I think Jeff over at BolognaRingRanch is probably the king of bologna LOL :)
