1 Small Brown Onion (finely chopped)
1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
1 Tablespoon of Mixed Dried Herbs
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Ketchup or Barbecue Sauce
1/2 Cup of Grated Mozzarella Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
4 Hamburger Rolls (lightly toasted)
Lettuce and Tomato (or salad of you choice)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
