My Top 4 Smoothies to boost your metabolism and aid weightloss! Lots of you have been asking me what I like to put in my smoothies so i thought i’d make you this quick video of my favourites, not only do these smoothies taste incredible but they’ll leave you fuller for longer and aid weightless. If you don’t like Almond Milk no worries you can swap for water, normal milk, soya or yoghurt. 1 Banana,
2 Sticks of Celery,
2 Cups of Kale,
1/2 Tablespoon of PB,
1 Apple,
Half a Cucumber,
1 Cup of Almond milk

2, Skinny Smoothie –
1/2 Cup of Pineapple,
1/4 Cup of Pomegranate Seeds,
1/2 Cup of Raspberries,
1/2 Almond Milk.

3, Super Smoothie
1/2 Cup of Pineapple,
1/2 an Avocado,
1/2 a Banana,
1/2 a Mango
1/2 a Lime or Lemon,
1 Cup of Almond Milk.

4, Reeses PB Smoothie –
1 Cup of Berries,
1 Tablespoon of Cacao Powder,
1 Tablespoon of peanut butter,
1 Cup of Almond milk

    Are there any replacements for the pineapple in these smoothies? I am allergic to pineapple.. 

  • I just tried the skinny smoothies and love it! Such a great taste! I will suggest to anyone who wants to try it to pour it through a fine sift or colander though. Just to get the pomegranate seeds out. Or make sure you blend it really well to break them down. Can't wait to try the rest!
