These smoothies can potentially be unhealthy to ones thyroid. Cruciferous vegetables are goitrogens that inhibit the production of thyroid hormone if overly consumed.

John glad to see you are admitting you do not follow 80/10/10. When you critiqued durianrider for using refined sugar by asking Doug Graham about it and you did not asked Doug about all the juicing you do. I thought that was a breach of integrity. I stopped watching your channel. Until now.
You know i love you John, but sometimes I think that you and even myself and people in the health and wellness movement become hyper-legallistic and create these dogmatic self perpetuating realities that we staunchly defend no matter what. You know its weird because I am just as persistent, diligent, and hardcore as you are, but secretly I wonder, and I hate to say this, but I wonder if we aspire to ever increasing heights of perfection in our pursuits for the quintessential state of health nirvana all in a vain attempt not to die, or because of our fear of death and of dying which is appointed unto us all. Could this secretly be what drives us all behind the scenes. Most of the centenarians are not "legallistic "raw vegans staunchly defending that someone else's smoothie has 6 ingredients vs 3 vs 2 vs 1. As long as the preponderance of your lifestyle is positive and healthy you'll be fine. Good health doesn't require all that we do to acquire it despite our most sincere dissertations to the contrary, .........lol and I still love you John.
I laughed at the end because it was obvious, despite the "yummy" reaction, he knew it needed more bananas. The post smoothie face doesn't lie.
