Yeah, if you are trying to lose weight, make your own sandwiches for lunch because supermarket sandwiches can contain up 600 calories in just 2 sandwiches and they don't always fill you up!

I've always thought that rice has lower calories than couskous, but surprise !!!
I never thought of couscous. I love rice so that is a great alternative. Thank you.
