Ultimate Creamy Pasta Salad | One Pot Chef

My Ultimate Creamy Pasta Salad is an amazing side dish, suitable for parties, barbecues, pot lucks or just as an everyday side dish! Pasta is combined with a delicious dressing, crispy bacon, corn and more! Quick and easy to prepare, the whole family will love it! Try it today 🙂

Ingredients:

400g of Small Pasta (I used Shells, cooked following packet instructions)
1 Cup of Diced Bacon
4 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
2 Small Carrots (grated)
2 x 125g Cans of Sweet Corn (drained)
2/3 Cup of Garlic Aioli (or Whole Egg Mayo)
1/3 Cup of Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes (plus chilling time)
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
