INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g Turkey Breast Mince (or Chicken, Pork, Lamb etc)
1/2 Cup of Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 a Brown Onion (diced)
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1/2 Teaspoon of Mild Paprika
1 Tablespoon of BBQ Sauce
Fresh Bread Rolls
Lettuce
Tomato (sliced)
Cheese
Mayonnaise
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Time: About 10 minute
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes
SERVES 6

Hi David. Just wanted to let you know that I made these for the first time tonight and they were really delicious. I used ground chicken and had to use spring onions (that's all we have) instead of the brown onion, but these were definitely a hit in our house. Thanks for sharing the recipe. :)
Great dish, I would like to add some pickled jalapeno after coming out of the oven. Thumbs up.
