RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

500g Turkey Mince (or Chicken Breast Mince)
1 Onion (Chopped)
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (About 2 Teaspoons)
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Small Amount of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Creamed Corn
1/2 Cup of Evaporated Milk (available in cans at the supermarket)
6 Sheets of Frozen Puff Pastry (Thawed and Quartered)

MAKES 12 PUFFS (OR 24 MINI PUFFS)

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

  • @WerdnaFaz The kids have now gone back to school - so hopefully normal filming can resume (assuming the dogs get corked and the old woman next door gets corked too LOL)

  • @MrBootsnAll Maybe you're buying the wrong kind - my frozen veges always taste lovely. Try another brand ;)

  • I've done several different variations of this over the years. Spinach, nutmeg, and feta cheese; ham, mustard, and swiss cheese; pulled roast beef, onions, and carrots; The possibilities are endless. I'm gonna try this one next. I highly recommend the spinach nutmeg and feta version too. It's awesome with a savory yogurt dipping sauce.
