RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

425g Can of Tuna (drained)
50g Butter
1 Brown Onion (peeled and chopped)
1 Stick of Celery (chopped)
1/4 Cup of Plain Flour
2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Bread Roll (torn up roughly)
Cooking Oil Spray

Preparation Time: About 10 mins
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes

SERVES 4

  • @solozaur Cups are used in the metric system too. There is a link on my channel page to a measurement conversion website you may find useful ;)

  • I don't get one thin in your videos: you use metric system and then use cup a lot, why is that?

    I hate that damn cup I always have to google for every different ingredient, cut it in half and a little bit more...ughh!!

  • my mums recipe for tuna mornay involved dissolving corn flour in milk for the sauce

  • I got done preparing this about 30 mins ago. I added some carrots and spinach to the original recipe. It tasted divine, and was quite filling i'll tell ya... :)

  • mmmm Tuna mornay....I make a bechamel sauce first, then I add onion and capsicum until soft. Then corn and tuna...yum! Thanks for sharing, one of those recipes that everyone does differently!
