8 Sausages or Skinless Hot Dogs
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
3/4 Cup of Plain Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Parsley
Gravy – to serve
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 35 minutes
