THE GREEN JUICE INGREDIENTS:
A Small Knob of Ginger (depending on how spicy you want it)
A Handful of Mint
½ Lemon (you could leave the peel on, but it doesn’t agree with my gut – nice)
½ Lime
1 Big Handful of Spinach
1 Apple
1 Carrot
¼ Cucumber
2 Sticks of Celery.
THE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:
¾ Glass of Almond Milk (or whatever milk you fancy)
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (I use the Clean & Lean one –
½ Banana (if you can stomach it, unlike me)
THE BERRY SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:
¼ Cup of Oats
¾ Glass of Almond Milk (or whatever milk you fancy)
¼ Cup Full Fat Plain Yogurt
½ Heaped Cup of Berries (frozen or fresh, I used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seed
A Drizzle of Maple Syrup
