Beef and gizzard sauce
* 1kg chicken gizzards (washed)
* Seasoned with:
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon thyme
* 1 teaspoon curry
* 1 teaspoon beef seasoning(knorr beef)
* 1kg beef(flank steak)
* 1 teaspoon each of thyme, curry, salt and beef seasoning.
* ½ cup oil for frying
* 1 small onion chopped
* 3 large bell pepper
* 4-5 scotch bonnet peppers
* 4 tomatoes
* ¼ cup spring onions
