Lay the parchment paper down and put the pan on top of it. Trace the pan onto the paper with a pencil and then cut. Also, if you want, you can take another piece of parchment paper and lay it down on top of the crust mixture and use that to help you pat the crust out. Then peel it off before baking. (But I probably wouldn't because that would waste the parchment paper.
Looks great. I wouldnt scared to use a bit of coconut oil though
Just discovered you today and love your videos. So grateful that you are sharing.
Thank you Dr. Berg. I had seen other recipes for pizza with a cauliflower crust and they all said that you have to squeeze the moisture out of the cauliflower, I am so glad that you showed that it is not necessary. Can't wait to try this.
Thank you Dr Berg, this looks like a great recipe, we will try it soon.
Low carb but not low fat
I wish you were my doctor!
Is it possible to use cabbage on instead of cauliflower?
Hey dr. Berg, have you seen a video about this pizza by someone calling her self The evolving vegan. She pretty much trashes your pizza.
You did wash your hands. But you forgot to remove the ring. No end to the amount of bacteria, that can sit under a ring. I tried the recipe bye the way, and it was delicious. So thank you.
