INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1 Large Chicken Breast Fillet
1/3 Cup of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Tablespoon of Mirin Seasoning
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
Bread Rolls
Lettuce
Tomato

NOTE: If you can’t find Mirin, some sweet cooking sherry is a good substitute 🙂

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes + marinating time
Cooking Time: About 6 minutes

SERVES 4
