I think everyone should learn how to make teriyaki sauce. It is an amazing way to add a lot of flavor without adding too many calories. I hope you will enjoy this chicken teriyaki recipe 🙂

Ingredients for basic teriyaki sauce:
– 20g soy
– 10g mirin
– 5g rice vinegar
– tiny bit of guargum

Mix everything and add to the pan. Done!
