INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

4 Large Chicken Breast Fillets (skinless and boneless)
300g Jar of Tomato Salsa Dip
2 Tablespoons of Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Water
1 Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper (deseeded and sliced into strips)
Rice (to serve)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes

SERVES 4
