Love this. I just wish you used real sweet potatoes from scratch. Most definitely would give it a more natural taste.

I love this pie it's one of my favorites. And I got some left over from last nights thanksgiving. :)
Wasn't sure about the lemon juice thing until you said it made it so it's not overly sweet. I'm not a big sweets eater, so I like just a touch of sweetness. Will try this for sure, thanks!

does anyone know a substiute for evaporated milk? We only get sweetend condense milk where I live.
