  • Easy and tasty eating in short lunch break at work. I like to add more ingredients in the mixture such as spinach, green chili, carrot etc.

  • Yes, you could use pork mince instead. The cooking time would be about the same. Just check them, if they need a little longer, then so be it, but since they are small it shouldnt take long for the meat to cook ;)

  • Not sure if I've seen chicken mince in my supermarket - is it possible to use pork mince? Will cooking time/temp change if I do?
These looks so good i really wanna try cooking them! I have to say i've only taken an interest in cooking very recently and your vids are great - so easy to follow, and no faffing about. Keep em coming!

  • It is so nice to have an Australian chef because unlike american chefs on youtube i can understand what ingredients and metric system you use! Im from New Zealand but Australia is pretty much nearly the same

  • The only problem with cooking is it takes a while relative to how long it takes to eat the final product. I am very skinny, but I eat SO much it's ridiculous. Extremely difficult to live on a budget when I am always hungry.

    Regardless... delicious recipe man. Really.

  • I'll have to try. We make a sweet chili beef meatloaf and it's one of the best I've ever had. It keeps it so moist and gives it great flavor.
