I just did this recipe, not exactly like your, I used what I had at home. I never thought of using cinnamon for salty food, the flavor is very interesting.
Also put a couple of drops of worchester sauce really adds good flavour to a tomato dish.
You put too much olive oil in at first,thats why you had alot of liquid in the paste.Good dish tho
why do you say me chiili insted of my?
I loved this; I added a bit of a busty cab red wine and I braised the meatballs with the brown sugar, some garlic infused olive oil, caramelized onions and ooooo it sang to me chef! LOL!
