Spaghetti Squash is an amazing way to add high volume with low calories on a lot of meals. I hope you will enjoy this recipe with Italian sausage 🙂

I forgot to add olive oil to the macro breakdown. So I will add it here
Macros: 802Cal, 72C, 44F, 37P
Ingredients sauce:
– 150g sausage (italian preferred)
– 400g canned tomatoes
– 1 onion
– Basil
– salt, pepper
Optional:
– 2 cloves garlic

Squash needs 40-60 min at 200°C (400°F). Enjoy 🙂
