(don't know why I said that - but that last shot of the gravy all over the chicken with you letting us know how ridiculously good it was, made me break into song - from the 60's - don't judge ;) We don't make milk gravy and fried chicken in Canada - but this Canadian is going to change that with your wing recipe! xoxo!

  • Dang-nab-it Larry! What a brilliant, thrifty and all around good idea to use the already well seasoned leftover chicken flour for the gravy!
    When I saw that I had a slap-on-the-head-could-a-had-a-V8 moment!
    i always chucked the coating cuz I thought it was "contaminated."
    Perfectly safe, as you must boil the gravy, hence robbing any microbial nasties of their infectious future, and pretty dang tasty gravy to boot I'll bet!
    Only problem is, there's never enough gravy!
