Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks are a perfect way of making a cheap cut of meat tender and delicious. Lamb Shanks are dredged in seasoned flour and pan-fried until brown. The shanks are then slowly braised in a slow cooker / crock pot until tender. Serve the shanks on the bone with mashed potato and vegetables, or strip the meat for salads or wraps – give it a go!
