Ingredients:
Jumbo Shrimp (shell on 10-15 count) 1 1/2 Lbs
For Marinade –
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Cups
Yellow Onion finely diced 1/2 Each
Cilantro rough chopped 1 Bunch
Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp
Lime Juice 3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
Lime Zest 1 Each
Cayenne Pepper 1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp
Coarse Salt 1 Tsp
Ginger Powder 1 Tsp
Garlic finely chopped 3 Cloves
Honey 1 Tbsp
Procedure:
1)Blend all marinade ingredients well, marinate shrimp for thirty minutes to an hour
2)Pre-heat grill for a medium heat grill
3)Grill shrimp over direct medium heat in a grill basket or in a grill top wok until translucent in the center (3 – 4 minutes)
4)Remove shrimp, sprinkle with salt and fresh lemon juice and serve
