• 8 oz of shrimp peeled and deveined
• 4 oz of gluten free penne
• 1 bunch of asparagus
• 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• salt and pepper to taste
