INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

12 Thin Sausages (I used plain pork sausages)
1 Medium Sized Brown Onion (Peeled and Chopped)
1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups of Liquid Beef Stock
1 Cup of Water
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 – 20 minutes

SERVES 4

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

  • hey!! just a follow up for you. I dont eat my red meat but my bf absolutely loves red meat. I made this with chicken sausages with chicken broth. I added in grated carrots and sweated them with the onions and did everything exactly the way in the video except i added fruit chutney! and HE LOVED IT! he said it was even better than his mum's version ( which is a huge compliment)!!! thanks!! x

  • @morey92 You can increase the quantity and cook it in a slow cooker, but I recommend cooking the rice separately for best results. Then all you need to do is combine them and divide them between containers and freeze them :)
