INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

2 Cups of Cooked Rice
400g Can of Pink Salmon (drained and flaked)
400g Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (or similar soup)
2 Cups of Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Brown Onion (peeled and diced)
4 Sliced of Stale Bread (crusts removed, diced)
50g of Butter (melted)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes

SERVES 4 – 6

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

  • It's a canned soup that should be commonly available in the UK. Basically, it's a creamy mushroom soup. You can use any canned creamy soup if you like ;)

  • I really want to try this! but...what is 'cream of' mushroom soup? Please excuse my naivness, I am from England.

  • Just made this & it's delish! The only difference is that I used brown rice, cream of celery, carrots & whole grain bread (i'm trying to lose weight). thnx for the idea! it's awesome having recipes that you can modify in many ways :o)
