could you add some onion to this or do you think you wont need it, its just im used to frying onions and its been in every soup ive made so far thanks x
Only if I could make it... I was mouth-watering while watching this >.>
So how many carrots should you use
You can do that too, but I find roasting the carrots brings out a lot more flavor in the end result. Give it a go - you'll love it ;)
You could use Beef Stock if you like. A better choice would be Vegetable Stock if you can get it ;)
Yes that's fine ;)
I remember I tried to blend soup in a blender while it was still VERY hot and nearly gave myself third degree burns when the lid flew off! lol. The soup looks yummy :)
that soup would be SO yummy on a cold, blustery day in winter ! ~ i would add some mild green chiles for color and a mild zing of flavor :))
I eat all of my soups with a tablespoon of sour cream on it!
this makes the soup even more amazing :D
good thing for fall but it's still the best time of the year here in the USA SUMMER !
