  • My fav vegan protein smoothies: bananas, strawberries, mango, hemp seeds, orange juice, cashew milk, coconut water sooo good 

  • breakfast smoothies are such a yummy and easy way to eat fruit! and you so don't need to add full fat milk or cream to a smoothie - greek yoghurt works just as well at thickening the consistency or even water/ice is fine. i like to add a banana to make the smoothie thicker if i'm just having water with mine.

    personal favourite at the moment - kiwi, banana, frozen berries, ice and water for blending. nomnonom.

  • Honeydew and raspberry sounds like an amazing combo ♡´・ᴗ・`♡ I can't wait to try this!! 

  • How about a banana, for the creamy aspect, in place of the full fat coconut cream? Or, in season, a juicy pear? If you want the shake to make you feel fuller, longer, then whirl a 1/4 cup of quick-cook oats in with the ingredients -- not fattening and it's gluten-free!

  • Hey Sorted! Can you make a video about healthy, but delicious juices people can make? I went to Dublin recently and they had this amazing celery apple honey (+something) drink as well as an mango orange one as well!
