Quesadillas are a fantastic Mexican snack food. Soft, fluffy tortillas are combined with cheese, ham, spring onions and sweet chilli sauce and lightly toasted in a frying pan. Soft and melted on the inside, warm and crisp on the outside, Quesadillas are basically the Mexican version of Toasted/Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.
Try other fillings such as Chicken, freshly chopped chilli, tomatoes, bacon or any of your favourites!

HIS EYES !!!!
i had never seen this sort of quesadilla and im mexican jajaja
Have a few Scotch Bonnets left, going to try this tomorrow with them.... Wish me luck :)
Of course, you can always just use cheese and the tortilla for a quick fix, personally i don't use oil/ butter cause the cheese has enough fat for me haha :) but as a Persian, quesadillas are still very popular in my house
Would have loved to see you flip it without a mess! LOL
Really does look yummy though. :)
Wow, you have Virginia Ham in Australia! That's awesome. I was born and raised in Virginia. =)
You could add a little sour cream if you like ;)
Would sour cream work in this or would it run out and make a mess?
I will do it right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Greetings from England! I am going to make these tonight for my partner and me to enjoy. I am also going to make the M and M cake mix that you showed in another video for a nice tasty treat for after :D Your videos are awesome and I really enjoy watching them. Keep on rocking sir! :D
