Beef with Gnocchi is a delicious mid-week main meal that can be made in just 20 minutes. Beef Mince is combined with onions, garlic, olive oil and your favourite pasta sauce. The meat sauce is then tossed through cooked Gnocchi pasta and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Quick, easy and very satisfying – give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

500g Beef Mince
700g Gnocchi Pasta
Olive Oil
1 Brown Onion (chopped)
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (about 2 Teaspoons)
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Jar of Tomato Pasta Sauce
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (to serve)

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 – 20 minutes

SERVES 4 – 6

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

  • I pronounce it "nyokki". I have no idea if that's right, that's just how I say it :)

  • Oh believe me not just put your face into it.... i SMASH my face into the food and quickely raise my head and say "yep....... it's good" *smash face back into food*

  • I made this Vegan. Homemade Gnocchi with no egg, Homemade tomato sauce, TVP instead of ground beef. Topped with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast at the end. It was heavenly :)

  • LOL I'll do it when I run out of plates and have to serve meals out of a trough :P

  • These taste tests are getting harder and harder... it would just be a better tasting pleasure to dig in with your face....I DO WITH THE MEALS MADE FROM YOUR RECIPE...ITS AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!! :D
