Quick and Easy Thai Green Curry is a simplified version of the Thai classic that can be made in around 20 minutes. A rich creamy sauce is combined with a mixture of fresh vegetables and your choice of meat, then stir fried until fragrant and ready to eat! Quick enough to make on weeknights and easy enough to make on a regular basis, this dish will save you having to order take out – give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

1 Tablespoon of Thai Green Curry Paste
270ml Can of Coconut Milk
500g of Pork Strips (or chicken, fish or prawns/shrimp)
About 5 Cups of Fresh Vegetables
(I used carrot, red capsicum / bell pepper, baby corn and green beans)
2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Fish Sauce
Boiled Rice or Noodles (to serve – optional)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes

  • in my family, we use pretty the same veggies, but the green beans are cut up to little fingers size
    and we dont use peppers because it ruins the whole chicken and coconut milk smell.
    still, i love ur recipes!

    what about indonesian cuisine sometime? try cook Rendang. it is some kind of beef stew and it is yummy with rice!
