Ingredients:
1kg of Chicken Thigh Fillets
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Tablespoons of Smoked Paprika
1 Clove of Garlic (finely chopped or minced)
Salt
1 1/2 Cups of Water
Taco Shells (I used soft and hard “stand and stuff” mini taco shells)
Toppings of your choice (I used guacamole, sour cream, tomato and coriander)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 50 minutes

I picked this for my Saturday Night Special dinner this weekend! :) I am going to try to do beef and chicken though in the same pot by getting some chicken breast and steaks as well. I will cut the steaks into strips after it is cooked. I will also have to end up using two pots after that since I will have to divide the sauce so I can have one for chicken and one for the steaks after I get them pulled/sliced up. :P That's okay though. I have plenty of pots. :D
