    Your right, most of my dishes have pepper.
    I like pepper!
    Obviously do that to taste or leave the pepper out.

  • @megatightlines I watch in some Japanese cooking instructions, they always cut through the fat parts of the pork and sometimes on the sides, that make the pork nice and flat in the end, doesn't always work for me though, maybe just my fault of not doing something properly or the type of pork loin or chop.
