its dry mate,you could have sealed the fat and the meat,then bunged it into the oven.The sauce looks nice tho.

I try and make different dishes so there something for everyone. I realize Pork and mushrooms are not to everybodies liking.

@OriginalNakedChef You are doing a brilliant job mate, you should take requests from people that ask you to make up a dish using certain ingredient that they suggest. I think that would be really good for you as you'd get to experiment with various recipes and for your subscribers as they would get a delicious recipe from you to try with the ingredients they like.

I like the idea but may leave that idea for the future. Presently I have a large number of requests for my subscribers for particular dishes. I am currently trying to work through the list. I do appreciate that suggestion though and will keep that in mind for the future.
