  • Hi Laura I tried your pear and cardamom cake and it came out successful. Everybody liked it. Unfortunately I did not have any cardamom powder so I opened a few cardamom pods and used those in the mixture.
    I got some complaints on those cardamom seeds. Can I next time use cinnamon instead. I would also like to introduce some broken walnuts as well. What do you think? Thanks for all your recipes which I will be trying later.

  • I have cardamom tea every single day. The taste is unbelievable. Apparently it has one of the highest ORAC antioxidant scores in the world. I agree. Americans are in love with their apples and most don't want to experiment with other fruits. The pear cardamom combo is complementary and chic. Something you would def find in Europe.
