* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed bullion
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 medium onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 teaspoon ginger
* 1 scotch bonnet
* 1 green bell pepper
* 1 red bell pepper
* 1 carrot
* 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce

Vegetables seasoned with:
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed bullion

* 3 cups pasta
