Oven Baked Fish Nuggets is a healthier alternative to the deep fried fish snacks that kids love. Fish pieces are dusted with seasoned flour, dipped in an egg wash and lightly crumbed in crushed cornflakes. Lightly baked until golden and crunchy these little nuggets will be an instant hit – give it a go!

  • Awesome recipe thank you. I added a little bit of lemon juice to the egg mixture to elevate the flavor a bit :)

  • Great recipe! Just a tip--when breading ingredients, it's a lot less messy if you use one hand to dip into the dry ingredients, the other hand for the wet. I've tried it and it really helps.

  • Thank you very much for your reply Chef.I cannot wait to try this delicious dish.YOU ARE AN AMAZING COOK!

  • Were you find pepper and salt its usually down the same isle as dry ingredients like flour etc. There should be a row of spices and it will be hidden there you may see garlic salt which is the same but you need to cut down on the salt you add when using it.
