INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
2 Large Chicken Breast Fillets
1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Milk
1 Cup of Dried Breadcrumbs
Salt and Pepper
Dipping Sauce (to serve)
NOTE: You can spray the nuggets with a little cooking spray prior to baking if you want that “fried” texture on the crumbs – but this is not essential.
MAKES ABOUT 18 NUGGETS
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

Can I use Panko bread crumbs? I want to compare them, half normal and the other panko lol interesting experiment ^_^

Looks delicious!! Shall try it some day.
Probably easiest to crumb them then freeze them (in a snap-lock bag, in a single layer) for best results ;)
just made these. they are cookin now... i used coconut flour, and sprouted grain bread for bread crums. should be good! and i seasoned with chili paprika and garlic
