  • Thank you for the recipe, Laura and Joe! :) I followed the recipe and it
    came out really well. I just made the mistake of not measuring the butter,
    and ended up using a bit too much, due to which the butter/filling
    literally oozed out of the cake when it was done. For anyone asking about
    the sugar levels: the cake itself is really not very sweet at all, but the
    cinnamon-sugar filling and glazing do make it quite sweet. I will probably
    leave those out the next time I'm making this, but if I decide to use a
    filling and glazing anyway, I will half the amount of sugar and butter in
    the filling, and not use any icing sugar in the glazing at all, as the
    marmalade is quite sweet already. This cake goes great with a cup of
    unsweetened cup of tea! It is exactly how Laura describes it: slightly
    sticky. Personally I like the taste of the cake better after it's cooled
    down completely. Thank you again for everything, Laura and Joe! :)

  • hi Laura you didn't specify how many cups used for this recipe you only
    mentioned some flour some sugar and some yogurt, I have checked your web
    and the same youtube with no more info I like this recipe and would like to
    try it?!
