2 Tablespoons of Moroccan Spice Mix / Seasoning
3 Large Potatoes (peeled and roughly chopped)
400g Can of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 x 400g Cans of Diced Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
